It's not all about what you put on your plate


At this time of year, many people decide to make changes to improve their life experience. This might mean taking up a new hobby, changing career path or moving home. For some, losing weight is their priority. Many might have started diets and failed to reach their goal. This is because eating more healthily is not just about what you put on your plate. If only it was that simple...Deciding to lose weight and succeeding, is about changing your thought patterns. We all know that we very rarely succeed when we are feeling negatively, towards something - whether that is a project or about ourselves. So often, people decide to lose weight because they feel they are not good enough, the way they are. Focusing on what we feel is wrong, takes our focus off all the positive attributes that we possess. So already we are trying to achieve something when our self-esteem is low. Success is all about positive thought patterns, positive dialogue, belief, setting realistic goals and working out the small steps towards that achievement. With a positive mindset we are able to stay motivated, feel confident and believe that we can achieve the things we want to.
